Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information we collect when you use Arkadia Games services - the website, the matchmaker, server list, polls, and the Alesia Discord bot - and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Discord account data - user ID, username, display name, and avatar. Collected when you log in to the dashboard via Discord OAuth or when the bot interacts with you in a server.
- Roblox account data - user ID and username. Collected only if you voluntarily link your account through our verification flow.
- Moderation records - warn / mute / kick / ban / unban actions, reasons, timestamps, and the moderator responsible. Kept per Discord server so moderators can review history.
- Ban appeals - the text you submit when appealing a ban, the decision status, and any moderator notes.
- Gameplay telemetry - aggregated usage signals from our games (matchmaker queues, server joins, poll votes) used to power the public dashboards.
- Session cookies - used only to keep you logged in on the dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
Why we collect it
- To operate the Services - moderation, verification, matchmaking, polls.
- To keep communities safe and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To display anonymised stats on the public dashboards.
How it's stored
Data lives on servers we operate. Operational data (cached stats, live events) is kept in Redis; durable records (moderation history, appeals, user accounts) are stored in PostgreSQL. We retain moderation and appeal records for as long as they are useful for community safety. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Who else sees it
We share data only with the platforms required to provide the Services:
- Discord - for bot actions and OAuth login.
- Roblox - to read public account info during verification.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Confirm what data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your data, subject to retention required for moderation history where a deletion would impede community safety.
- Disconnect a linked Roblox account.
To exercise any of these, email info@arkadiagames.com from the address associated with your account, or contact a moderator in one of our Discord servers.
Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Services evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
