Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Arkadia Games services, including this website, the matchmaker, server list, polls, and the Alesia Discord bot (collectively, the "Services"). By using any of the Services you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and in compliance with the Discord Terms of Service and the Roblox Terms of Use to use the Services. If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the Services.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users.
• Evade moderation actions (bans, mutes, kicks) by using alternate accounts.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the Services in ways not authorized by us.
• Attempt to interfere with normal operation of the Services (denial of service, exploit abuse, spamming).
• Use the Services to distribute malware or illegal content.

Moderation

The Alesia bot and our moderation team may warn, mute, kick, or ban users based on community rules and the conduct described above. Moderation actions are recorded and may be reviewed. If you believe a ban was issued in error you may submit a ban appeal through the bot, which will be reviewed by staff.

Account and verification

Some features require linking your Discord account (via OAuth) and/or your Roblox account (via our verification flow). You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure. You can disconnect at any time by contacting us or by removing the connection from your Discord user settings.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the community.

Service provided "as is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
